The collaboration led to the creation of their multimedia agency, Castle of Dreams.
Tell us, how did Castle Of Dreams get started?
Both of us are passionate about telling stories and delivering unique experiences to their audiences. Castle of Dreams started after the we both realized our potential to create something of our own. Therefore, in the fall of 2014, we officially decided that Castle of Dreams would be our own branding and multimedia agency that would seek to build powerful brands with the world’s next influencers. We exist to tell the stories of future headliners, game-changers, and power move makers. As an agency, C.O.D. wants to provide an avenue for those who have a passion to cultivate their personal talents, and the message and image of our clients. We want to not only create the vision of our clients, but develop and execute them in a way that will set them apart from others entering the industries, while simultaneously capitalizing on what makes them who they are.
Since that time, what has the reception of C.O.D. been like?
The reception to our work has, typically, been incredible. Our aim is to always improve upon what we do each and every time. We’re always looking for ways to improve the quality and experiences of our productions. Because of our quality work, we’ve received requests from many different campus organizations, students and outside entities that are interested in collaborating on projects.
What services do you all provide and where are you located?
We are currently located in Columbia, MO. Our services include video production, photography, graphic design, digital content creation, and branding. In the future, we’re looking at opportunities to produce experiential events as well as film-making.
From what’s available on your YouTube page, the neophyte trailer is easily our favorite. It’s eerie and captivating at the same time. What project is your favorite so far?
I think it’s safe to say that our favorite project would be the Neophyte Trailer as well. We worked tirelessly on producing that video. We’ve done A LOT of work for a variety of different clients, however, our personal connection to our fraternity made that project that much more special. It’s the one time we can truly say that a production of ours went viral, as we received so much feedback and attention from all over the country.
