Although Raury has been relatively quiet since the release of his debut album, he has been working. While touring in Australia, performing and traveling, the young man has been doing more soul searching. In the midst of a Kanye West-led Twitter discussion, the peacekeeper from Atlanta spoke of a new song and a new venture from his Love Renaissance camp. The song would turn out to be “Home”, a song that blends in his introspection with minimal production from himself, DAYTRIP, Peter Cottontale and Jesse Belilenberg.
I made a note when All We Need released that there were hints of MJ’s Dangerous album and this track puts me in the mind of “Stranger In Moscow”.
